General terms and conditions Stadslogement Westersingel
We want to welcome you and invite you to study these general terms and conditions.
1.10 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of: Stadslogement Westersingel - Westersingel 34 - 8601 EN - Sneek.
1.11 “Guest(s)” in these conditions also refers to “tenant(s)” or “user(s)".
1.12 Klaske de Haan and Jan Roubos are the owners / managers of Stadslogement Westersingel. The owners / managers can be replaced by a family member or acquaintance.
1.13 These General Terms and Conditions apply when a reservation is placed.
1.14 A copy of these General Terms and Conditions will be provided to guests for free upon request.
1.15 Users must have a permanent place of residence and be at least 21 years old.
1.16 The manager is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs shall be borne by the users.
1.17 All risks related to a stay in Stadslogement Westersingel shall be borne by the users.
1.18 Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported and compensated by the users without delay.
1.19 Users must follow the instructions of the manager.
1.20 The manager can refuse and/or reject users who violate these General Terms and Conditions or show inappropriate behaviour with immediate effect and without further communication and substantiation and refund of accommodation costs.
1.21 The administration of the manager is leading in the event of disagreement unless the users can provide prove the contrary.
1.22 Users of Stadslogement Westersingel must comply with the following House Rules.
2. 1. Reservation and Confirmation:
2.1 The rental agreement can be concluded orally, by phone, in writing or by email.
2.2 Stadslogement shall send a confirmation (if there is place) upon receipt of the reservation. This makes the reservation final.
3.1 The accommodation costs in Stadslogement Westersingel must be paid by debit or in cash upon arrival. The owner can deviate from these conditions in consultation with the tenant.
4.1 If you are unable to fulfil the concluded rental agreement, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible to allow us to offer the now available room(s) to other guests.
4.2 The tenant shall pay a fee to the manager in the event of Cancellation. This fee shall be:
4.2.1 In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the arrival date, 25% of the agreed price.
4.2.2 In case of cancellation in the week before the arrival date, 50% of the agreed price.
4.2.3 In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the arrival date, 100% of the agreed price.
The amount due must be transferred to bank account number NL48 INGB 0007 1087 71 payable to Stadslogement Westersingel Sneek within 14 days.
5.1 All risks related to a stay in Stadslogement Westersingel shall be borne by the users.
5.2 The Owner / Stadslogement Westersingel cannot be held liable for personal injuries resulting from the stay.
5.3 Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the managers must be reported and compensated by the tenant(s) without delay.
5.4 The managers are not liable for any damage, loss or theft of property of the tenant(s). In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs shall be borne by the tenant(s).
5.5 In the event of loss of keys belonging to the Logement, all resulting costs shall be charged to the tenant(s).
5.6 The provided parking permit must be returned on the day of departure before 12:00. If this is not done, an amount of € 20.00,- will be charged which must be paid to bank account number NL48 INGB 0007 1087 71 payable to Stadslogement Westersingel Sneek within 14 days.
6. House Rules:
6.11 You can use your room(s) from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
6.12 The room(s) must be vacated, and the key returned, before 10:30 on the day of departure.
6.13 Deviations from the above times are only possible in consultation.
6.14 No refund shall take place in case of early departure.
6.15 Third parties may not make use of the room(s).
6.16 Excessive noise or other nuisances, especially between 22:00 and 07:00, must be avoided6.17 Bezoekers mogen niet zonder toestemming van de beheerder en zonder bijbetaling overnachten in de kamer(s).
6.17 Visitors may not stay in the room(s) without permission of the manager and additional payment.
6.18 The number of people that may stay in a room is limited by the rental agreement.
6.19 Pets are not allowed.
6.20 Smoking and open fire in the rooms and the common areas is not allowed.
